We have a dream to make Me Fresh easily available in every Cities of India, through this platform. We have started delivering the Orders beyond Chennai. As far as delivery timelines are concerned, we will match the best. In Chennai we deliver within 24 to 48 hours Other cities within 2 to 7 days. We are hopeful that you won't mind paying us an additional fee of Rs.100.00* towards shipping charges if its is other Cities than Chennai. And Minimum Order value would be INR 500 for Free delivery With In Chennai. *Subject to change without Notice.
Return & Replacement Policy
We work tirelessly to ensure that the top notch Dry fruits reach you in the best condition. Returns and replacements will be accepted ONLY if we deliver the items that you did not order. Please write to us on customercare@mefresh.com within 24 hours of the date of receiving the orders. Provide us with your order ID detail. Kindly email an image of the product and the copy of invoice for our reference. We will pick up the product(s) within 2-4 business days. Please return your purchase in its original packaging. Kindly ensure that the product(s) are are not tampered with or opened and used Partially. Our field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. We will initiate the replacement process only if the product(s) are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given. The refund will be made within 72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Before Shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been dispatched yet, please write to us on customercare@mefresh.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8248080183 or call us on +91 8248080183 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (Mon to Sat). For pre-paid orders, the refund will be made within 72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
